Projects in Detail

I’ve contributed to a wide range of creative and logistical projects. Whether organizing spreadsheets, coordinating Super Bowl events, or even helping build out fire exit plans, I’ve taken on responsibilities that go beyond the screen. Explore below for montage videos and full program breakdowns that show how I bring both organization and creativity to any team.

INTO ACTION 2024

An event space filled with thought provoking programs and a pop-up art gallery with art displayed from local Chicago artists/artists from seven swing states. I sourced hundreds of artists as a Digital Curator while running stage graphics on the event display (2024)

My Involvement

I worked as a Digital Curatorial Assistant during the early stages of the production, helping source artists and organize project data. I created and managed spreadsheets with metadata to track submissions and progress, and I wrote custom scripts (e.g., Google Apps Script) to automatically sort and retrieve information from these documents, streamlining our internal workflows.

During production, I served as both a Stage Manager and Digital Engineer/Designer for the LED display in the stage room. I created animations for performances and collaborated with the design department to deliver visuals that met each artist’s needs. I also coordinated live sound and media playback between the gallery and stage room during events to ensure everything ran smoothly.

After the production wrapped, I organized and delivered media assets to performers and internal teams, coordinated the return of borrowed gear, and helped oversee the breakdown and teardown process. This full-cycle involvement allowed me to combine creative design, technical problem-solving, and production logistics into one cohesive role.

Key Tools/Skills:

  • Excel Sheets

  • After Effects / Premiere Pro

  • Google Workspace

  • Organizational Skills

  • Communication Skills

  • Sound Engineering

  • Digital Literacy

SUPER BOWL LVI OWNERS DINNER

A little montage I made of personal clips for when I assisted in setting up the NFL Owners Dinner with an exclusive by Chris Martin from ColdPlay  for when the LA Rams made it and won the superbowl. (2022)

My Involvement

I worked as a Production Assistant for the NFL Billionaires Party during the Rams' playoff run for Super Bowl LVI. My role was hands-on and fast-paced from ironing backdrops and building lighting rigs to managing spreadsheets and coordinating with vendors. I handled tasks that ensured the production looked polished and ran smoothly, including organizing green hedge installations, prepping branded signage, polishing signs, communicating with clients, and transporting materials for the build.

Working on this high-stakes production taught me how to deliver quality results under intense time pressure. With major talent like Drake, Justin Bieber, and even Chris Martin of Coldplay involved and the possibility of the Vice President attending, every detail had to be perfect. I collaborated across multiple teams to ensure rapid communication and flexibility, adjusting on the fly as resources ran thin and timelines shifted. In the end, the production came together seamlessly, culminating in an unforgettable night of performances.

Key Tools/Skills:

  • Production Coordination

  • Time Management

  • Team Communication

  • On-Site Logistics

  • Adaptability Under Pressure

  • Organizational Skills

  • Technical Setup & Breakdown

  • Digital Literacy

(2019)

My Involvement

I worked as both a Production Assistant and Executive Assistant for WERISE2019 a large-scale, mental health–focused pop-up art gallery in the Downtown Los Angeles Arts District, built entirely from the ground up. My role spanned every phase of the event: from construction and setup, to technical support, to teardown and post-production logistics. I supported the executive producer directly, coordinated site safety (including fire exit planning and fire marshal prep), and managed supply runs across the city to keep the production moving smoothly.

A key part of my role involved digital infrastructure. I configured and troubleshot installations powered by Raspberry Pis, managed display tech including TVs and lighting rigs (like a custom chandelier made from light poles), and handled all on-site IT issues. I also maintained internal organization such as fixing Google Drive folder structures, responding to emails, and supporting communication between departments.

After the event, I took on many hats including an accounting role, where I meticulously compiled all receipts and expenditures into organized spreadsheets for legal review from the Los Angeles Attorney. These roles demanded critical thinking, adaptability, and clear communication across both creative and administrative challenges  all within a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.

Key Tools/Skills:

  • Production Setup & Teardown

  • Executive Support & Coordination

  • Digital Literacy (Raspberry Pi, Display Tech)

  • IT Troubleshooting

  • Google Drive & File Management

  • Budget Tracking & Expense Reporting

  • Supply Runs & Vendor Communication

  • Critical Thinking & Adaptability

  • Communication Under Pressure

  • Safety & Compliance Planning (Fire Marshal Prep)

WE RISE 2018

The First WE RISE pop-up Art Gallery talking about the struggles and solutions of mental health featuring LA celebrity thoughts including legend Kobe Byrant.

(I made the wall behind him). (2018)

My Involvement

I joined WERISE2018 as a Production Assistant, following my volunteer work at INTOACTION2017. What began as a support role by assembling shelves and handling crew food  quickly evolved into a larger opportunity when the team invited me to help build WERISE: a pop-up mental health–focused art gallery in a warehouse in Downtown Los Angeles. This was my first large-scale production, where I contributed from pre-build to tear-down.

At this event, I learned how to operate a scissor lift, implement fire safety standards, and collaborate with external partners such as ARC (a workforce re-entry program for formerly incarcerated individuals). I was responsible for artist and vendor communication, organizing installation schedules, and solving fast-moving logistical issues. I also found myself troubleshooting tech setups like a wireless display streaming to TV configuration and even took over as Social Media Director mid-production. I created a custom Snapchat filter that amassed over 200,000 views in a single day.

The experience taught me the fundamentals of event production, organization under pressure, and how to step into leadership when needed. It was the first time I realized that my blend of creativity, tech literacy, and logistical thinking had real value on large collaborative projects.

Key Tools/Skills:

  • Art Installation & Artist Support

  • Event Production Logistics

  • Scissor Lift Operation

  • Fire Safety Prep

  • Wireless Display Setup

  • Technical Troubleshooting

  • Social Media Activation (Snapchat Filter)

  • Communication & Coordination

  • Flexibility in Fast-Paced Environments

  • Problem Solving Under Pressure

IMG_5311.HEIC

My Involvement

I worked as a Production Assistant on the installation of the AAPI mural in Rosemead. My role combined both digital and physical responsibilities. One of my key contributions was creating a full-scale digital mockup of the mural to visualize how the piece would appear on the wall. This involved scaling and triangulating dimensions, adjusting angles, and converting file formats to ensure production accuracy.

On-site, I operated a scissor lift, helped with wall prep and patching, conducted quality checks on the printed panels, and supported installation logistics. I also managed supply runs and coordinated final setup tasks leading up to the public reveal.

Key Tools/Skills:

  • Digital Mockup Creation

  • File Conversion

  • Scissor Lift Operation

  • Print Quality Check

  • Installation Support

  • Basic Surface Prep

  • Quick Problem Solving

KESHOGI Installation in Hollywood

Jamal Khashoggi PIECE

A radical one day art piece in front of the Hollywood sign bringing awareness to the death of  Jamal Khashoggi. I was a PA helping with drone permitting as well as general information and helping with setting up the rig while also taking it down. (2021)

LAvsHate Mural

Another mural for LA County run by LA County Commission to signify unity of the cities in prevention of  hate in LA. Displayed at the Carson Public Library, I helped arrange signs, build the mural, and drill into concrete to keep the mural secure. (2022)

RED X (STAY)

Edited by Matt Sinott from"Life of Matt", RED X was a one month band put together for high school that Finn composed this song for. Inspired by a High School crush, the video was produced to really make an impact at school. This also resulting in quote "The longest edit list Matt had ever received".
